Why can't Snail provide a stable platform?

The server lag with ping rate of up to 14,000 is very frustrating for the player and very unprofessional of Snail.

I have cleaned my cache, performed system clean, turned off and restarted computer, checked my internet connection and speed, tried to log into the game using different browsers (Edge, Chrome, FireFox and Opera) and can 100% confirm that there is no problem at my end.

Other players that I skype with are having the same experience with the game.

We were not able to:
• complete in cross-server arena - missed out on opportunity for promotion medals reward
• complete levelling tasks - wasted boosts (3x experience book and fish)
• achieve the five hours log in to receive daily log in bonuses

Players who spend good $ on the game are being ripped off as Snail is not providing the stable platform that players deserve and expect.

The stability issue is not limited to just today. This was experienced for the three weeks in January and randomly since then.

If the stability issue is not resolved and players do not receive adequate compensation:
• 1000 promotion medals
• 2 x June Boxes
• 1 x 3xExperience Book
• 5 x platinum keys
• 1 Level 3 Pet Transformation Stone
• 1 x Orange Promotion Book
• 1 x Hero Equipment Enhancing Scroll +18
• 1 x Pet Equipment Enhancing Scroll +15

Perhaps if the platform stability is not fixed, the next step will be to lodge disputes with PayPal as Snail are not providing what players have paid for.
