hero and equipment

i just pass from lv45 to lv46 with my main hero (blue) and got 7 attribute points.
Isn't they suppose to be 8 ?

Also got Dusty slaughter mantle lv30, grade22, Def16.
Other mantles have def 60-66. Is this def16 correct attribute?

1) It seems to be a bug. All main heroes now get 7 points instead of 8. I think the game now sees them as greens.

2) I have no idea.
