How to See Guild Reports. diffrent civ same guild?

we are almost 100 guys who came from another rts game. This is the best game out their But their are few things i cant seem to find.

1.Guild Reports.. how to see who is attacking or attacked which member of my guild so we can move and defend them.

2.Why cant members of different civilization can be in same Guild?
as we have friends from all around the globe. we want to play our friend under same guild but still want to keep our unique Civ.

1. We should get the Ability to see Guild Reports, Showing which one of our Members were attacked, or is under attack so we can move in and defend him/her,

2. Diplomacy Function : We should be able to set another Guild Hostile, Friendly or Neutral.
