So, I believe purple heroes get a 2.5 increase in all stats per level. (Please correct me if I'm wrong here)

If this is true, after a purple hero gains 1 level, does it's Agility, for example, go up 2 points or 3 points?

It goes up 2.5 points. There's no rounding. But if it's only 200.9, it'll show 200, since you don't have another full point yet.

1% chance with a level 20 Tavern.

Have played the other versions of this for a few weeks seen 1 purple in that time. Which compared to other games isnt bad where you dont see any unless you pay for stuff to see them.
