4 hour 30 minutes still waiting. One thing , if i am plundered i want all my resources and gold back cause its not my fault . i am trying from 4 hour but due to snail fault i am not able to log in

Help i logged into my acc. the other day and i was seccessfully logged in, i started upgrading a few things and what not and all of a sudden, it says that my acc. was now frozen???? this doessnt sound very good at all!!!! username- Sparticas server- Venom.
i want my acc. back please!!!! idk whats going on!!!! i only have one acc. on that server!!!!!!

i am able log in but the servers vengeance and forsaken are not loading. i am just getting a black blank page yet it shows as it is trying to load but isn't. not sure ifs its a logging in problem or what. i have cleared history and cache like you suggested. i really need to get into forsaken because i was in a contest zone when it started acting up. i have two heroes out there and don't know what is going on. please help or fix the problem if not reimburse me for any plunders taken on my city gamename is astarat.

Over 8 hours and I am still not able to login on Vengeance or Warhorse. I have tried all of the hints you gave and it still isn't working.

Please get with aeriagames and fix this problem or tell me what to do so I can fix it myself.

Someone hacked my account my password has been changed and i DIDNOT CHANGE IT WTF

AND THE SUPPORT PAGE ISNT WORKING WTF IS WRONG WITH THIS GAME
