Our heroes are stuck at a steeple even after the weekly maintenance!!!

Its going to be fixed or not??? For me its the hero I was leveling, and having stuck it at steeple really hurts!!

It was a known issue from one week and still no fix.. instead Snail put some more scam boxes on mall ( Wrath of the Marcs) which 90% drop 5x coupons for 10 points!!

Well done.. keep up the ultimate scams.. and do not fix the actual issues where players are suffering.

The hero was sent to steeple for defending!!!!

Why the hell is there an option to defend them?? if you go to defend = get your hero stuck there!!

Wow Snail too efficient to fix thing which actually related to their income.

When the started the Warth of Marcs Boxes on MALL the prince was 10 points (which was unfair as mostly it only drops 5 coupons). But in few minutes they took off the Warth of Marcs boxes and changed the price to 12 when they get back !!! lol lol.

And also thx for fixing damn lairs. ( we can not do more then 10 lair runs now for free)

And for real issues where players are suffering .. like daily our heroes getting stuck at damn steeples . there is no intentions to fix those???

Even after taking back the CZ and steeples the heroes are still stuck in steeple?

Any GM here that can do anything??? its 2 days now.. and its not only one hero .. 3 heros stuck same steeple. and even after weekly maintenance, daily reset, and taking over CZ and steeple the heros are inside and we can not get them back?

Unlucky me.. i waited 3x .. each time an hour.. no gm replied

other 2 attempts they replied.. said "They will do something asap" and nothing they did ever.

my hero is stuck in an op gms wont answer then the op isnt even there anymore a breakcamp was used.are yall ever going to do something about it sent several mails to support and still no answer

Seriously in game help chat is messed up and the bugs continue to trouble the players. They should either bring in more gms. or do a work around to get the players problems or issues solved quickly. I too tried to contact a gm but no one seems to be available. Everytime I tried I just time out
