points and new server?

I was wondering if anyone else is having a problem with geting points from videos or other offers, also paying for points and not geting anything

I havent gotten anything for 4 days now. Please look into this.

Also any word on Collosseum???

i talked too a Gm but still no points..... tried some Videoes ect, still nothing.

There is something wrong with the free point system at this time and is being worked on, please be patient. As for the new server the Developers have not resolved the issue with it, so Unless you would like to start a server that already has a level 80 hero again you will have to be patient.
