Lost evo account after merge

I cannot access my Evolution account after the merge. It seem I made an account on Zhou yun or one of the servers it is made up of some time back but then changed to evolution. I have been playing on evolution for many months and built myself to one of the top Roman players on that server. I was the guild leader for the largest Roman guild. I had heroes in the top 10 on the server. I have spent money and time on this game in an attempt to help Rome catch up to the other civs. Unfortunately just as Rome is starting to rival the other civs Snail decides to merge us. I am not complaining about the merge, we have waited a long time for our first and have lost many good players because of the long wait. Mt problem is I can't play the game any now. I can't access my evo account because my Facebook login is now linked to a savage age account I have never played since I opened it. I emailed mow support like the instructions said the day before the merge explaining that I wanted to use my evo account. I talked to Gm007 before the merge and he said "don’t worry we have done this before." Since the merge I have talked to several Gm and been told that they will fix it, it will be fixed Thursday night by 7pm server time. Then when it wasn’t fixed I talked again to Gm007 and he said that it would be 2 weeks before they would look at it because they are on vacation. Then he told me that it was fair for everyone if I waited the 2 weeks. How is that fair to anyone? When I asked him about that and pointed out that I am a paying customer he quit talking to me. So now I am sure that all of my knights and glads that I recalled to my main city are dead and probably some of my 5 star friends have dropped down. I have missed 1 day of the double experience event and will miss out on the top up events they have running. I am the target audience for a top up event. I spend money. I don’t know if there is anyone that can help that checks these boards but if there is please do what you can.
