Problems logging in?

I am hackked? My password for each id is not responding. It is saying that password is incorrect . Its either bug or someone hacked my account but i doubt someone hacked as my other id which i rarely use is not responding on password . Pls take action fast

Okay here is the problem. I can log in but once its done loading it doesn't show anything but the browser borders. I have emptied both temp internet files and cleared java cache along with trying multiple web browsers any suggestions would be appreciated i am one of the last 5-10 active egyptians and my ppl need me....THX

It happened to me, and I switched browser - from Firefox to IE. It worked, but it's a bit drastic I know. On the other hand, once you've seen what a mess they've made of the game, you might not mind that you can't log in.

I am having the same problem log in but only get the borders.
I have done all the clearing but still only get the Borders.
I hope the get this problem fixed before long

having the same problem with just the borders loading even since the maintenance done a few days ago. Cleaned and clearer everything, still nothing.

OK I can log in at work which is using Internet Explore that is an older explore. At home all I get is the borders for two days now At home I use windows 7 with the new IE I think it is 8 I have cleared everything It still wont work It lets me login but then when it should be going to my city veiw I just get the borders.

Any help will be greatly aprisated.

Ok just cleared my cache again still no dice only get the borders an a brown center with nothing else I guess if they cant figure out what I need to do I will have to stop playing I can get on at work but doing that I cant play without being away for the game mostof the time

Well it seems they dont care about Keeping players I still have not heard for anyone on my problem. I have tried every thing they tell you to do on my home computer and still only get the borders showing when I login to the game.
It is a shame that players that invest in the game to play and improve their character gets screwed over like this. I have been playing since the very first on this game but that dont seem to matter to them any more.
Admin you do have my email so please mail me on how to fix this problem or post here.
Just let me know something so I can contenue to play.
