no daily login, no xp x3 on TM_FR 52. Any debug ?

On server TM_FR 52...
There is no daily login since January 1th.
There is no xp x3 during this we.

So I have a question :
Is there a debug team for this server ?
Or all the team is concerned only by new servers !
