i have been playing this game for a year via kongregate now, and today it cant be found on this site anymore. what's the reason? if it's a permanent problem, please port my account to the main site or tell me how else to access it. thank you!

says account frozen, i submit a ticket and i can't log into help forums....this is lame

I play server 37 (TEMPLAR), only one account, but sometimes snail disconnects me and makes me log in some weird "Player ####"....very confusing. Now, when I try to log into my game, gives me "Account Frozen"....

I have only one account - inouorifa (china)
When I disconnected, my hero and armies in the worst possible spot (enemy territory), I wish for this problem to be fixed and compensated for my troubles...anyone know how I can reliably get help???
