Steeple bug still!

I've been stuck in a steeple since March 17th, around 3 p.m. EST. Me and 2 other civ mates cannot leave, and we've tried relogging in and removing them after reset...and still we're stuck! FIX THE FRIGGIN PROBLEM AND COMPENSATE US FOR US HAVING TO MISS THE 2XP! I think it's the least you can considering some of us have given you guys A LOT of money!
