Constant disconnects

Since you haven't assigned admins to the "help" window (they keep timing out), I might as well raise this issue here.

I keep getting disconnected from the MOW servers every now and then, while all other stuff which requires a constant internet connection is perfectly fine. I play lots of SC2 and other games and I never get disconnected/or even the waiting window showing up from them at all. And trust me those games are very sensitive to temporal connection losses, so what is up with my connection to mow servers?

Cache has been cleared numeral times, and disconnection happens with or without others background programs running. All other stuff which requires the internet works perfectly fine with no loss of connection whatsoever. I do not believe the issue lies with my computer/connection anymore, and hence this post.

the same thing is happening to me. i am a cash player so you think they would make sure to keep us happy lol invested $700.00 already. anyhow i am on the server r n b/reborn and i cant play more then 10 min without being disconected. everything on my end is ok i have no isp issues with any outher online game just this one. if admin has a fix please email me mattrgl_@hotmail.com
