cant build OP

Player name Grumpy, Server was Ruin, just merged.

My guild took Ellista from the NPCs and since then I've tried a hundred times to build an OP there. Myself and at least one other guild member are effected.. possibly all.

I am in the guild that took it, and I have seargant rank, and that rank has permissions to build an OP.

I am clicking in available construction zones everywhere through out Ellista, all give the same error, not a valid plot, or the territory has been taken.

I am Empire age, and before the merge had 3 OPs.. so pretty sure it's not operator error. The other person also had multiple OPs before the merge.

try building them above the cz if u still have isses let me know i will contact a GM for u.
