hi.
im trying to log in and it says failure to log in user info dont exists.
i sent already a ticket but i post also there.
im robbie83 from qirimirage server.
i did everythingh clear cache clear browser and change and updated also the adobe flash player

ok here is a problem i cant seem to fathom, as of last night, i can not play on qirimirage with my facebook account on firefox, the game loads up then sits at downloading skins with the game in the background at 0%, every other server is fine, and i can access this server with chrome or on my snail account, what is going on?

I have been trying to login from facebook to the justice and assylum servers and it tells me I can't connect with server ... cleared browser cache tried Chrome and Firefox and no change ... Something is not right .. been trying all day

after the supremacy triumph merger, i contacted a GM about my supremacy account access. i made a new account for it to me merged to, and recieved a mail saying i could access this city again via this new account, i log in and i get the civ select screen

So snail screws up and the gamers have to wait to play because the people that can help have the day off...not surprised by this coming from snail

After talking to gms yesterday they said they would give me a satisfying answer in 12 hours. That was 18 hours ago and still nothing. They wont even answer me in help chat now. Why is there a support chat when they wont answer you or follow up with what they tell you. Forums are just as bad because the only person to respond was kds who is absolutely clueless to everything and is totally useless other than deleting posts that tell the truth about things that are going on. I am a paying customer and if I dont get help logging into my account soon I will never play another Snail game again. Is this really what Snail wants to do? THEY decided to take away the yahoo login option with no warning and have provided absolutely no help resolving this issue. Fix this problem or me and countless others will be done playing the game and padding Snails pockets.
