Problems logging in?

I have been kicked out of the game and cannot get back in. I have spent 100's of dollars on this game and it really pisses me off. I am Bear on Phoenix. When I try to login, it says Missing Parameter. What can I do?

I've played here for a year or longer, spent every last dime I've worked hard for here, and not to mention spend over 75% of my life here, supporting your company. after all this my account gets banned. So I raise hell and few days later the account is released unto me, at which point I top up 60$ on new server, 40$ on another server and another 50$ on my main server that got banned. After this, i go to log in the next day and my account is frozen again, for no reason. could someone tell me what is going on with this? I am not a happy camper and neither are my friends who spend thousands of dollars here, with me. I brought them all here to you. I would appreciate it if you fixed this problem. it is totally unjust and unlawful to ban such a quality helpful player as myself, that has always supported your company, and will continue despite how your company treats me over this matter.

I can log in to the new server just fine but it wont let met log into Phalanx. YES I already cleared everything cookies. browsing H. even my downloads. Even went and downloaded *shudders* IE and tried it there. to no avail.


Since the lot of you already know that using a browser for a game like this causes problems why not offer an stand alone client that we can download -.- let the people that want to use browsers use em and let the rest of us that don't enjoy tearing out hair off when new content is introduced have fun.

Hi ,
I cant log in the game anymore, in my log in name is an @ (at) involved and it says now only letters and numbers are allowed. How can I keep my account?
From friends I know that my account is soon at 21 days (Valhalla)and wil get deleted.

Maybe its possible to allow the sign @ again in the log in names?

Since a couple of days I have a server connection problem.

-WinXP Prof.
-Cache, Temporaries, Passwords etc. deleted
-Tried with Chrome, Opera, IE, all the same problem
-Cache in Java also deleted
-Flash and Java up to date
-For account login, I have to sign in twice in the start screen since this problem occurred...

Login with PC at work (Win7) without problems. Any suggestions?

I'm able to log in all right, but I also have to do it twice; the first time, I'm returned to the start page, and I get into the game the second time.

I havent been able to log in for over a week.
I normally log-in through facebook, although as seen below I have tried different web pages to try to sign in from.
I have gone through all the fixes on this thread.

The error message is missing parameter.

I have spent money on this game but feel like walking away if it goes another day or two.
