Phalanx lair skills

I have been playing since day 1 of the phlanx servers launch. I have always had the max amount of heroes I could have at any given time, and Ive always had all heroes but the one Im fighting with in lairs. I have had 5+ heroes in lair 10 since day 1 of server launch. I play pretty much all day, making sure to check in and build, and do my lairs. I ran thousands of lair 10's, and recently moved to 4 heroes in lair 30 at all times. I still have yet to see a hero skill drop. Do they even exist in phalanx? Pics or it didnt happen. I cant believe out of the thousands of 10's and hundreds of 30's I've done, I still have yet to see a single *HERO* skill drop. Also, I have yet to recieve a fantasy spice after opening about 13 of the chef gift bags. Am I just looking in the wrong places? Thanks in advance
