Failed Top Up Transactions

Hello,

I know many of you have experienced frustration when it comes to trying to resolve any failed Top Ups you have experienced. The in game GM's simply do not offer the level of support that should be shown for such an important issue. Also, help desk gets so saturated with claims of every kind that the response time on Top Up issues there is less than I would like.

So, in light of all of this I am going to suggest to anyone experiencing a missing points transaction that you write an email to mowsupport@snailgamesusa.com with the date, amount, and (if available) the invoice of the transaction. Please include your role name and server as well, and give a brief description of your issue in the subject header (I.E. Missing Top Up). This email will be checked daily and should help to expedite these issues to a much more reasonable resolution time.

Apologies to anyone who has been given the runaround before on issues like this, and here's to improving this problem.

You really need to stay on top of the email issues.
It took me a week of calling, emails, and in-game contacts to get my points.
Not only that, but my forum post was not, and still has not been replied to.
I came very close to pressing charges for fraud.

Just a little note. I know Weekend aren't work days for you all, but since you clock in about 12 hours from now, I sent the email last Friday regarding a transaction failure. Please be on top of the issue, thanks :)

they are working on getting to you guys and if you know it will take some time due to the number of players with the same issue and other issue's through out the game, so soon as they get a chance im sure they will be in contact with you guys soon:)
they say ceaser defeated his enemies with 2 legions of troops, they just never faced tha persians

well, it' not the problem of the GM's in response time. It's how they even go about doing the Top-Up events. Don't do them if you're going to have such an issue with getting things right. You've had these problems from day one and haven't figure out how to deal with it. I say end the events until you can deal with the technical issue within the coding and payments.

colbonius this is first time for me using the forum. the failed top up transaction has happened to me on 2 accounts once on the 18th feb which i was a bit naive because i have never needed to worry about transaction numbers and recipiets as they were good no i tried to solve this issue with an in game gm but basically may aswell have told me to bugger off... which brings me to the once bittin twice shy thing i topped up again on the 26th of february which i have alreaady mailed the email address you supplied in your post with full detals of the transaction which i hope can be solved... BUT THE MAIN THING THAT HAS BEEN REALLY ANNOYING ME IS: i am still owed a famililal zues sword from the second 100 blade event i have got my 100 blade from first event fine and no probs there. every time i talk to gms about that which is on pretty regualr basis they must just laugh at me and think here is another bull poop artist tying to get free stuff out of us... but check my game stats i am a VIP5 on the reborn server under the username 50kal
