Heros stuck ladder, fights everything

Reborn and R&B server is all messed up. stuck in ladder, nobody can finish fights, we can't do anything. Can someone please fix.

So, with little or no warning, they took the serer down, and when I went back the problem seemed to have been solved; I fought a couple of battles - one in a lair, the other intercepting a plunderer - and then Snail announced that the server was restarting again. I left, went back later -- and the problem was back. The usual Snail level of competence.

Correction: It wasn't working at any point; it let me fight, but I got nothing from either - no carnage, no task rewards, etc. And it's still fouled up.
