Problems logging in?

i keep trying to start the game but it keeps saying account number froze what should i do

i try few trick on this thread before like : clear cache or switch browser
or login from play.ministryofwar.com and login from ministryofwar.

but it keep pop up 'disconect from server'
on my 2nd try login (without f5)...
it just said 'connecting the server, please wait a minute...' almost 10 min without any progress

edit :
sometime popup "Undefined server error. Error code : 1003"


i guess should patient , maybe my region r restricted

We don't have anything blocked, but unfortunately we haev had some players from Indonesia who have struggled to connect

I'll see if our server techs have discovered anything new.

Ive done everything listed in this thread and still get the disconnected from server box when trying to login.

ive been trying since 10pm pacific last night.

Same here I've been trying to log into the game and tried everything that's been stated on here but it just says connecting to server for about 5-10 mins then says I have been disconnected from the server. And it can't be region block because I'm in Canada.

for some reason i guess, it depend on my ISP
i cant login from my office but when i got home n try from home..im successfully in

still workout to find why 1 cant login from my office and dont ask if it blocked by office coz it not
