Server Merge Announcement

We’re excited to announce that we will be consolidating 6 of our servers into 3 massive conglomerates. This server merge will improve Ministry of War’s gameplay by providing players with new and exciting competitors as well as a fresh start for Contested Zones.

The servers involved in this merger are listed below:

Group 1: #6 REBORN & #13 R&B

Group 2:#22 PHOENIX & #23 VALHALLA 

Group 3:#24 DYNASTY & #26 PHALANX
 

There will be a backend maintenance involved to complete this task, we will be taking the servers offline around PDT Apr 16th 22 pm .Please keep an eye on your in game mail to see the exact time and duration of the maintenance.
 

You may be curious as to what the new server names will be, that’s where you come in. We will be holding a Guild event to determine who gets to name the newly merged server. This is a rare opportunity to really make your mark in Ministry of War. Don’t miss out; check out more information on the events page and in your in-game mailbox.
 

What You Can Expect
 
 Account and Characters
 

If you have characters on more than 1 servers to be merged under a same account, we will designate the character from  #13 R&B/#23 VALHALLA/ #26 PHALANX  as the default hero. A new account will be created automatically on the other 2 servers in order to accommodate the new characters. The new account will be made the following changes:

Group 1: old name_CP12for#6 REBORN

Group 2: old name_CP13for#22 PHOENIX

Group 3: old name_CP14for#24 DYNASTY

If you have characters on different servers and they are under different accounts, the characters will be immigrated to #13 R&B / #23 VALHALLA/ #26 PHALANX.

If your character needs to be renamed, the new name will be “old name*”. Another *will be added if necessary until the character names are different.
 
 

Guilds
 

If there is a duplicate of your guild name, the new guild name will be “old name_CP”. Another _CP will be added if necessary until the names are no longer the same.
 

If there is a duplicate guild flag, a random color will be given to the new flag.
 
 

Miscellaneous
 

Upgrading and technology researching that is currently in progress will be finished automatically
 

Heroes, Merchants, Missionaries will be recalled to your city
 

Equipped gears of heroes and goods of merchants will be put into packs
 

Items that are in use will remain effective
 

Friendship, nobility, gifts and messages will be untouched
 

Items and points in the Auction house will be returned
 

Spirituality will be reset to zero
 

Temples and campsites will be demolished and troops of campsites will be disbanded. All heroes at these locations will be returned to their respective city. We strongly suggest players transport all the gold, troops from campsites to city before server merge
 

Arena and civilization rankings will be reset
 

Inactive accounts that haven’t logged in within the last 90 days will be deleted
 

Accounts without a character will be deleted
 

All Contested Zones on the affected servers will be reset
 

Arcadian Ladder tasks will be reset, players can complete the tasks again after servers are merged
 

Ingame mails and events will be deleted. We encourage you to retrieve any un-accepted items before they’re deleted
 

All bound gear will be unbound
 

Facebook Users
 

If you’re a Facebook player that has an account on servers being merged, we will take the account from #13 R&B / #23 VALHALLA/#26 PHALANX as your main account.
 

If you wish to utilize an account from other merged servers, you will have to notify us at mowsupport@snailgamesusa.com with your in game name and server you wish to pull the account from.
